Boomering inc is building an in-house finance team with an offshore unit in the Philippines and is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join us remotely. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will handle day-to-day transactions, reconciliations, payroll administration, and accounts payable management for Australian clients.

The role requires strong Xero skills, knowledge of Cin7 Omni integration, and experience with AP tools like Hubdoc and Lightyear.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting Australian businesses.
• Strong Xero experience is essential; Xero certification highly regarded.
• Experience with AP tools such as Hubdoc and Lightyear.
• Experience with ABA files for uploading payments.
• Solid understanding of Australian payroll, superannuation and STP requirements.
• Experience with Cin7 Omni is desirable and inventory systems.
• Good English communication and high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Perform weekly bank reconciliations across all accounts.
• Enter and process supplier invoices; prepare aged payables reports.
• Process fortnightly pay runs and payroll data; manage superannuation.
• Maintain Cin7 Omni and Xero integration; resolve syncing issues.
• Support monthly reporting and ad hoc financial tasks.
