Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Australian tax accounting.
• Working knowledge of Australian GST, BAS, and IAS.
• Experience with Tax returns and financial statements for Company, Individual, and Trusts.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, MYOB and XERO

Responsibilities

• Prepare/Review BAS for clients
• Prepare/Review Financial Statements and schedules
• Prepare/Review Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, partnerships and trusts
• Prepare/Review Capital Gains Tax calculations
• Prepare/Review Fringe Benefits Tax calculations
• Liaise with ATO agents regarding client concerns
• Facilitate business entity setup and registration
• Prepare ATO applications, such as ABN, TFN, GST and PAYG
