Sourcedpeople is seeking a diligent Bookkeeper to manage a dedicated set of Australian client accounts from a remote role in the Philippines. You will handle IAS and BAS tasks, data review, reconciliations, payroll, and monthly reporting, using Xero, Xero Practice Manager, FYI Docs, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with Australian accounting or bookkeeping firms.
• Proficiency with Xero and Xero Practice Manager.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to manage IAS/BAS and monthly reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review 20-30 Instalment Activity Statements (IAS).
• Prepare and review 60-100 Business Activity Statements (BAS).
• Monthly reporting.
• Payroll processing.
• Balance sheet reconciliation.
• Identifying and requesting missing information.
• Responding to and assisting with client requests for information.
• Recording of time.
