The role operates as an independent contractor, with initial Australian day shift training before shifting to US hours; work is remote from home.

You will use AI tools to draft replies, coordinate orders with a US warehouse partner, and ensure timely updates to distributors and trade customers.

Qualifikationen

Previous US customer support experience including voice support.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong phone communication with customers.
Highly organized and self-directed, independent work.
Comfortable with US hours and prioritization.
Experience using ticketing and business systems.
Detail-oriented with clear, structured handover notes.
Proactive, following issues through to resolution.

Aufgaben

Answer US emails and tickets during US hours.
Coordinate with US 3PL and handle stock issues.
Monitor orders in transit and update customers.
Make outbound calls for order queries and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls when trained.
Triaga tickets for South Africa and UK.
Prepare overnight handover notes for 7am shift.
Draft replies using AI and verify accuracy.
