Job summary

Sourcefit is seeking an organized, client-focused accounting professional to manage AP/AR, payroll, and project administration in a fast-paced construction environment. You will collaborate with project managers, field teams, and vendors to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, and smooth operations.

The role is remote with a night schedule in Manila time; you will support month-end closes, job costing, and client communication while maintaining precise financial records across multiple

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience in AP/AR and payroll (construction preferred)
• Familiarity with job costing and project-based accounting
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and high accuracy with data

Responsibilities

• Handle AP: process vendor invoices, match to POs, track lien releases and maintain vendor records
• Handle AR: issue invoices, communicate with clients about status and payments, support collections with project teams
• Process bi-monthly payroll for field crews and office staff, track hours and overtime
• Support month-end close, project costing, billing status, and closeout documentation
