Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. You will ensure timely, accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments and records, while maintaining strong vendor relationships and data integrity.

You will drive automation improvements, support month-end close, and help achieve efficient, compliant AP operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations, and accruals.
Experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment with supplier dynamics and cost control.
Hands-on experience with AP automation tools, preferably OCR-enabled platforms.
Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Infor M3 or similar.
Ability to prepare and post accruals and support month-end close.

Responsibilities

Invoice Processing via AP Automation: accurately process supplier invoices with timely approvals and controls.
Non-PO Invoice Coding: code non-PO invoices to correct GL accounts ensuring budget alignment.
Monthly Accrual Journals: post accruals for unreceived invoices and related items.
Payment Execution: run scheduled payments with accuracy and timeliness.
Supplier Reconciliation: reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies.
Expense Management: process employee expense claims per policy.
System Optimisation: identify automation opportunities and work with IT/Finance to implement.
Data Integrity and Record Keeping: maintain up-to-date AP records.
Vendor Relations: communicate with suppliers to resolve queries.
Compliance and Reporting: adhere to tax, audit, and internal policies; assist month-end close.
