Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience in AR Manager or Senior role within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order to cash processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR operations, collections, credit control and cash forecasting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AR controls while ensuring SOP and audit compliance.
• Manage reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end close activities.
• Support work-from-home setup and equipment provisioning.
