Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced AR leader to oversee Order-to-Cash and collections across global regions from the Philippines. You will coach AR controllers, drive DSO reductions, and collaborate with executives to resolve billing issues.

The role requires 5+ years in AR/credit management with regional exposure and hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle/Dynamics. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in AR/credit management with regional exposure.
• At least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics ERP.
• Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Cash (OTC) management including invoicing, collections, payment applications and disputes.
• Drive strategies to reduce DSO and improve liquidity.
• Manage KC AR controllers with coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Partner with executives and service teams to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with SOX and Maersk policies.
