Qualifications

• Recent, long-term, hands-on full-cycle AR experience in a remote role.
• Experience handling collections, cash application, credits, disputes, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting a US-based company or US customers; strong written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Produce and send accurate invoices, statements, and documents.
• Post and apply customer payments in Sage 100; research unapplied cash.
• Monitor aging, contact customers to collect balances, document notes.
