Qualifications

• 5+ years in AR/credit management with regional exposure.
• At least 2 years in leadership.
• Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics and AR tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing, collections, payments, and dispute resolution for KC customers globally.
• Drive DSO reduction and liquidity improvement across regions.
• Lead KC AR controllers with coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with executives, client directors, and service teams to resolve billing issues.
• Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance across processes.
