Agile Beyond Inc. is seeking an AR Manager to lead end-to-end accounts receivable operations within an international environment based in the Philippines. You will oversee collections, credit control, and cash forecasting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOPs and audits.

The role requires 5+ years in AR management, deep knowledge of OTC processes, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AR Manager or senior role within an international organization.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end Order to cash processes.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics 365 ERP systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR operations, collections, credit control, and cash forecasting
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AR controls while ensuring SOP and audit compliance
• Manage reporting, audits, and month-end/year-end close activities
