Job summary

Collective Outsourcing, Inc. seeks an Accounts Receivable - Bookkeeper to support a remote finance team for a transport business. You will manage AR, invoicing readiness, and payments in BPoint, ensuring accuracy and timely collections.

Role requires a BS Accountancy degree and 1+ year AR/bookkeeping experience, with MYOB, Excel, and Word proficiency. Strong English communication and meticulous attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate BS Accountancy or related degree.
• At least 1+ years accounts receivable / bookkeeping experience.
• Sound working knowledge of MYOB, Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Can work independently with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open jobs and convert to finished jobs ready for invoicing.
• Check prepaid customer details for invoice accuracy.
• Take prepaid customer payments in the BPoint system.
• Process new client applications ensuring trade references are checked and obtain appropriate rates including handling / unloading charges.
• Ensure customers are paying within the agreed trading terms including follow up requesting payment.
• Process EOM statements.
• Processing banking including preparation of banking slip as required.
• Update fuel rate cards as notified by RCTI customers and by management.
• Review debtors report with CFO weekly and Managing Director monthly; Bank reconciliation.
