GoTeam is seeking a meticulous Accounts Payable & Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end payables for our Australian client, remotely from the Philippines. You will maintain accurate books, reconcile statements, and run supplier payments with precision.

The role requires 3+ years of AP/bookkeeping experience, familiarity with ERP systems, and strong Excel and English communication for offshore collaboration. Remote work with a growth-minded finance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and bookkeeping.
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Proven experience using cloud-based accounting or ERP systems.
• Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal English communication — you work directly with an offshore finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own the supplier payment cycle from invoice receipt through to reconciliation.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time, matching each to an approved purchase order.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies; follow up internally on missing PO approvals.
• Reconcile supplier statements monthly and prepare weekly and monthly payment runs for approval.
• Monitor supplier accounts, resolve outstanding issues, and maintain supplier master data and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain the accounts payable inbox and ensure compliance with payment terms and company policies.
