Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking an experienced Australian accounting professional to join our Manila-based finance team. The role covers high-volume data entry, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll processing, and maintaining payroll records in Xero.

You will collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with deadlines, while delivering reliable service to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Australian accounting experience in accounting, bookkeeping or financial administration.
• Degree in Australian accounting or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume financial data entry and transaction processing.
• Execute daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Process Accounts Payable: invoice entry, coding, verification and payment recommendations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities: debtor monitoring and collections.
