Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Collections Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on bookkeeping, accounts receivable, and collections with an emphasis on accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding balances.

You will work primarily with QuickBooks Online and Cin7, ensuring proper reconciliation and data integrity while communicating effectively in English. Prior remote experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with bookkeeping and accounting.
• Experience with accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and customer accounts knowledge.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly.
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online.
• Record and reconcile payments, invoices, and customer accounts.
• Assist with accounts receivable and ensure customer balances are accurate.
• Review financial information and identify discrepancies or outstanding items.
• Assist with monthly reconciliations and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
