Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based AR/Billing Specialist to manage builder billing and accounts receivable for completed work.

You will prepare quotes and EPO/VPO requests, follow up on overdue invoices, and resolve disputes while processing builder payments to ensure accurate cash flow. The role requires 2–5+ years in AR/billing, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of accounts receivable, billing, or collections experience, preferably in construction or home building.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for inquiries and disputes.
• Able to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots) and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit builder invoices for completed work, verifying alignment with records and pricing.
• Process extra work quotes and EPO/VPO requests, ensuring proper billing.
• Follow up on overdue invoices via calls, emails, and portals; document all actions.
• Investigate and resolve disputes on invoices, EPOs, and VPOs with builders and internal teams.
• Process, post, and reconcile builder payments; maintain accurate payment records.
