Job summary

DCX is hiring a Home-Based Data Entry - Accounts Payable Specialist to support a U.S.-based construction company. You will handle vendor and subcontractor invoices, match POs, manage backcharges, and assist with builder billing and collections from a home-based role in the Philippines.

The position requires 3+ years in accounting, expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, and the ability to work overnight or US hours. Salary range PHP 50,000–53,000 with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Education in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in accounts payable or invoice processing.
• English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process builder, vendor, and subcontractor invoices with PO/EPO/VPO matching.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and support collections.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
