DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Junior Accountant to join our US-based operations from the Philippines. This full-time role focuses on invoicing, billing accuracy, and receivables management while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or Billing and Collection experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• CPA or CMA is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on regular billing cycles.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with contracts or standard terms.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate billing records for all clients.
• Send invoices to clients through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to validate billable services.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies such as incorrect rates or service descriptions.
• Respond to client inquiries or complaints related to billing promptly.
• Process invoice adjustments, credits, or revised invoices as needed.
• Monitor daily payments and aging reports to track receivables.
• Record all payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Reconcile payments with bank statements and address discrepancies.
• Process credit card payments and handle declined transactions.
• Send overdue notices and follow up to ensure payment resolution.
• Communicate with clients via email/phone to collect payments.
• Manage billing and collections to improve efficiency and procedures.
