Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based AR/AP Data Entry Specialist to support a U.S.-based transportation and logistics company from the Philippines. You will record vendor invoices, prepare weekly check runs, invoice clients, and follow up on collections to keep financial records clean and up to date.

You will work overnight or within US hours, using Excel, QuickBooks, and Syncore. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience in AP/AR, billing or collections.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing and entry of vendor invoices.
• Prepare weekly check runs based on cash flow.
• Accounts Receivable tasks and client invoicing upon order completion.
• Perform collections and issue past-due notices.
• Assist with year-end financial statements and postings.
