Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is hiring a Home-Based AR/Billing Specialist to manage builder billing and accounts receivable for completed work. You will prepare quotes, monitor overdue invoices, resolve disputes, and process builder payments to ensure accurate cash flow.

The role demands 2–5+ years in AR/billing, strong English communication, and proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP tools. Work hours align with EST (USA); permanent remote setup from the Philippines, with salary around PHP 53,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5+ years AR, billing, or collections experience, preferably in construction or home building.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate builder invoices for completed work.
• Prepare quotes for extra work and track EPO/VPO requests.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Resolve disputes for invoices, EPOs, and VPOs.
• Process, post, and reconcile builder payments.
• Provide AR status updates and collaborate with Operations and Field teams.
