Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Data Entry Specialist - Accounts Payable to support our U.S.-based construction client. You will process vendor and subcontractor invoices, match POs, and assist with builder billing and collections from a remote setup in the Philippines.

The role requires 3+ years in accounting, strong English, and expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, with an overnight US-time shift. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in accounts payable or invoice processing.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
• Match purchase orders with invoices and perform EPO/VPO matching.
• Assist in builder billing, collections, and resolving invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and respond to supplier inquiries.
