Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is hiring a Home-Based AR Credit & Collections professional to manage assigned customer accounts from credit approval through payment.

You will handle collections calls, payment processing, account adjustments, reconciliations, and credit hold releases, maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers. The role requires 1–3 years in Accounts Receivable or general accounting, English proficiency, and the ability to work overnight or US hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Accounts Receivable and/or General Accounting experience; 3–5 years in credit/collections preferred.
• Strong English communication and accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Account monitoring and maintenance, calls, adjustments, reconciliations, and credit memos.
• Process new accounts, pull credit reports, and reference trade docs.
• Make outbound collections calls while maintaining client relationships.
• Process payments, daily deposits, invoicing, and month-end reporting.
