Job summary

RemotePass is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our remote-first team and support operations across APAC. You will manage onboarding, employee support, compliance, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR operations, excellent English, and strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR support, onboarding coordination or mobility operations, preferably with APAC exposure.
• APAC exposure with onboarding and employment operations across multiple markets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with HRIS and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employee queries via ticketing system for APAC.
• Support onboarding workflows and mobility coordination across APAC.
• Maintain records across HRIS and ticketing platforms; organize documentation.
• Identify trends in employee queries and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with the EX team and cross-functional partners.
