Job summary

RemotePass is seeking an HR Operations professional with 2–3+ years of experience in employee lifecycle management to support a global workforce. The role focuses on employee queries, lifecycle requests, and documentation across multiple jurisdictions, including GCC countries.

Arabic reading is required, and strong English communication is essential. You will work in a fully remote environment across different time zones, coordinating with EX, Payroll, and Legal teams to ensure smooth employee

Qualifications

• 2+3 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Experience, or lifecycle management.
• Experience with GCC country employment is highly preferred and reading Arabic is required.
• Strong written and spoken English communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with international HR processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact for existing employees via the ticketing system.
• Support employees with requests related to their employment across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate and process contract amendments and renewals with internal teams.
• Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to EX, Payroll, or Legal as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation across systems.
