Job summary
Remote is a fully remote company enabling global hiring, payroll, and team management across borders. We are seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations within the EOR Operations team to enhance onboarding experiences for clients’ employees worldwide.
This role emphasizes compliance, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, async environment. You’ll report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations and work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to deliver
Qualifications
- Experience in people operations or employment contracting.
- Strong written and verbal English with clear documentation.
- Comfort in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey for new hires with compliant documentation.
- Own end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and respond to employee queries.
- Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
- Drive continuous improvements to onboarding processes.
- Manage and protect employee data with security and confidentiality.
- Support compliance initiatives including audits and data integrity projects.
- Identify and champion automation opportunities to scale onboarding.
