Job summary

RemotePass is hiring an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations, onboarding, and lifecycle management for EMEA across a fully remote team. The role emphasizes cross-border employment operations, strong communication, and process improvements.

You will manage onboarding, employee support, documentation, and stakeholder communication across different countries/time zones, collaborating with payroll, legal, and EX teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations.
• Strong familiarity with employment operations and onboarding processes in international contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic languages.
• Proficiency in using HRIS and collaboration tools (e.g., ticketing systems).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully remote team.
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in people operations and global HR.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system, especially related to onboarding and HR support across the EMEA region.
• Support onboarding workflows for new hires across EMEA, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with mobility-related coordination (e.g. relocations, document management, employment documentation).
• Maintain open tickets and ensure timely responses and accurate prioritization.
• Collaborate with the EX team and cross-functional partners to improve processes and documentation.
