Job summary

Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join the Onboarding and Mobility team. You will provide immigration guidance, ensure compliance across Remote products, and support global talent mobility strategies.

You will build strong client and internal relationships, prepare visa applications, and stay current with evolving immigration laws. This role rewards proactive problem solving, clear communication, and independent ownership in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

Experience in immigration compliance and global mobility roles.
Solid understanding of immigration procedures.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven customer-facing communication skills.
Experience in tech or rapidly growing companies is a plus.
Willing to work asynchronously and remotely.
Fluent English required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance.
Monitor and ensure compliance for Remote products and services.
Build and maintain client and internal stakeholder relationships.
Identify and source in-house immigration services to improve revenue and efficiency.
Prepare and submit visa/work permit applications.
Stay updated on immigration law changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases.
Manage case statuses using case management systems.
