Job summary

Clipboard is hiring an Onboarding Documents Associate to ensure accurate and compliant onboarding documentation for healthcare professionals joining our platform. This role is remote-first with APAC residency requirements, collaborating across teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet regulatory standards.

You will manage document queues, review submissions for accuracy, and support process improvements while communicating clearly with stakeholders and stakeholders via internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Review onboarding documents submitted by professionals for accuracy and compliance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Monitor queues for document submissions, backlogs, and expirations during assigned shifts.
• Perform daily tasks including document status updates, mapping, unread submissions, and support for special projects.
• Suggest updates to internal policies to improve clarity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve document inquiries and improve workflows.
• Communicate via Slack and other tools to align and resolve issues.
• Stay informed on documentation standards and product updates.
• Meet targets for document review time, accuracy, and throughput.
