Job summary

RemotePass is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations, onboarding, and lifecycle management across the EMEA region. The role requires handling onboarding workflows, mobility coordination, and documentation while ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will collaborate with EX, Payroll, Legal and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, delivering a superior employee experience and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations, preferably with exposure to EMEA markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic languages.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system, especially onboarding and HR support across the EMEA region.
• Escalate complex issues to EX, Payroll, Legal teams when needed.
• Maintain professional communication with employees to ensure a smooth experience.
