Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations within EOR Operations to enhance the onboarding journey for employees worldwide. You will report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations, and collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams to ensure compliant, smooth onboarding and effective documentation.

You will contribute to automation efforts, data accuracy and security, while thriving in an asynchronous, globally distributed environment and flexible hours to support

Qualifications

• Strong background in operational roles with experience in employment and legal contracting.
• Proficiency in handling employment contracts and similar documents in HR or people management.
• Able to adapt in fast-paced, cross-functional startups or high-growth environments.
• Collaborative by nature with ownership mindset and proactive support-seeking behavior.
• Excellent written and spoken English at business level, with precise documentation.
• Proficient with collaboration tools for asynchronous work and adaptability to new systems.
• Able to work autonomously in a global remote team with flexible hours.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and Google Workspace for knowledge sharing and communication.
• Demonstrates automation and AI capabilities in onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with focus on compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries throughout.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams to ensure smooth experiences.
• Continuously improve the onboarding process to meet evolving needs.
• Manage and protect employee data for accuracy, security and compliance.
• Assist with reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify and drive opportunities to automate onboarding tasks to scale operations.
