Job summary

RemotePass seeks an experienced Employee Experience Specialist to support HR operations and onboarding across APAC in a fully remote setup. The role involves onboarding, mobility coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication across multiple countries and time zones.

You will manage onboarding workflows, ensure APAC compliance, and handle employee queries with a proactive, service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR support, onboarding coordination, employee lifecycle management, or mobility operations.
• Experience with APAC markets preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes in international contexts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries via the ticketing system, especially related to onboarding and HR support across the APAC region.
• Escalate medium- and high-complexity issues to appropriate internal teams (EX, Payroll, Legal) when needed.
• Maintain strong, professional communication with employees to ensure a smooth experience.
• Support onboarding workflows for new hires across APAC, ensuring compliance and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with mobility-related coordination (e.g. relocations, document management, employment documentation).
• Ensure onboarding documentation and procedures reflect APAC-specific requirements.
• Manage open tickets, ensuring timely responses and accurate prioritization.
• Keep records up to date across platforms like Monday.com, Dropbox, and HRIS.
• Help organize internal documentation and training resources under the guidance of the EX Manager.
• Assist with operational tasks and process execution to ensure smooth daily workflows.
• Identify trends in employee queries and provide input for improving processes and documentation.
• Support EX team projects and initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Employee Experience team on routine tasks and projects.
