Qualifications

• Hands-on Bill.com experience for invoice processing and payments.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software.
• Experience supporting US-based CPG/e-commerce businesses.
• Ability to handle high invoice volumes while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfort working in a remote setup and meeting US hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations including invoice processing and payment coordination.
• Use Bill.com for AP workflows and monitor payment statuses.
• Record AP transactions in QBO and maintain proper documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals.
• Support month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders on payments.
