Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using Bill.com for invoice processing and AP workflows.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or equivalent.
• Experience supporting US-based CPG and/or e-commerce businesses.
• Ability to handle high volumes of invoices with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet US business hours.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes, including reconciliations and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and approval tracking.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Use QBO to record AP transactions and maintain records.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approvals.
• Process vendor payments and monitor payment deadlines.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, POs, and vendor data.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders on invoices and payments.
• Support AP activities for CPG and e-commerce businesses, including high volumes.
• Assist with month-end closing and AP reconciliations.
• Identify discrepancies and implement resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and controls.
• Maintain efficient remote AP workflows.
