Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in accounts payable processes.
• Experience with Bill.com for invoice processing and payments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) or similar accounting software.
• Experience supporting CPG or e-commerce businesses, preferably US-based.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, verification, coding, and approvals.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows and monitor payment statuses.
• Use QuickBooks Online (QBO) to record AP transactions and maintain documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and proper approvals before processing.
• Process vendor payments and monitor deadlines for timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, PO, and vendor data.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders about invoices and payment status.
• Support AP activities for CPG and e-commerce businesses, including high-volume transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing, AP reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Identify discrepancies and implement resolutions; ensure policy compliance.
