Qualifications

• Proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Hands-on experience using Bill.com for invoice processing and payments.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or comparable software, US CPG/e-commerce is preferred.
• Ability to handle high volumes of invoices with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations including invoice processing, verification, coding, and payment coordination.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows and monitor payment statuses.
• Use QBO to record AP transactions and maintain proper documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.
• Process vendor payments and monitor deadlines for timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, POs, and vendor information.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payments.
• Support AP activities for CPG/e-commerce, including high-volume transactions.
• Assist with month-end closing, AP reconciliations, and financial reporting.
