Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone for a fast-growing snack brand. You will lead order management, supply chain, procurement, production planning, logistics, and vendor management. The role is hands-on, remote, and requires AI proficiency as a daily practice.

You will work Monday to Friday, with US Eastern Time hours, and be responsible for profitability and growth through efficient systems and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or related areas.
• Equipped to manage POs, inventory, procurement, production planning and logistics.
• Strong forecasting capabilities and financial modeling mindset.
• Daily use of AI tools as a core part of workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own order management from PO receipt to shipment, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate inventory, production planning, and fulfillment with distributors and retailers.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers and manage procurement flow.
• Develop forecasts, monitor cash needs, and analyze costs and margins.
• Leverage AI to automate workflows and improve SOPs.
• Ensure food safety, quality records, and regulatory compliance.
