Job summary

Assist World is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Operations Specialist to work directly with the founder. This role blends administrative precision with AI-driven optimization, workflow automation, and proactive operational ownership.

You will shape processes, leverage AI tools, coordinate across sales, hiring, and compliance, and help scale a fast-growing AI-focused startup. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically comfortable, and comfortable delivering high-velocity results

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience with Notion, Airtable, or similar tools and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, ISO 27001 processes or security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive and administrative support to the founder, including calendar and email triage.
• Organize information, documents, and business workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead AI-driven process automation and optimize workflows across the business.
• Support sales, hiring, and operations with coordinated tasks and follow-ups.
• Assist with compliance activities and security-related processes.
