Human Intelligence is seeking an exceptional Operations Lead to design, optimize, and scale our global operational systems in a fully remote, AI‑first environment. You will partner with executive leadership to implement scalable processes, document workflows, and drive cross‑functional improvements that bolster efficiency and accountability.

This role emphasizes systems thinking, continuous improvement, and hands‑on leadership across HR, product, marketing, customer success, and engineering.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Operational Excellence, Program Management, COO support, or Business Transformation.
• Strong experience designing and improving operational systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and planning capability.
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
• Experience documenting processes and building operational frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
• AI-First Operations experience will be highly regarded.
