Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of a fast-growing snack brand. You will oversee order management, supply chain, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory, forecasting, vendor management, and financial analysis.

This hands-on role requires AI proficiency, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. You will work remotely with US Eastern Time hours and drive efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Operations Manager with end-to-end process ownership across multiple functions.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics and automation tools.
• Strong financial acumen including COGS and margins.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, invoicing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate inventory allocation and fulfillment across customers and distributors.
• Track shipments and optimize logistics with cost-conscious decisions.
• Develop and maintain inventory and demand forecasts; coordinate production planning.
• Manage procurement processes: PO issuance, supplier pricing, lead times and MOQs.
• Create reporting to give management visibility into operational health.
