Job summary

Hire Overseas seeks an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operational backbone of a fast-growing, better-for-you snack brand. You’ll manage order fulfillment, procurement, production planning, logistics, inventory, forecasting, vendor relations, and financial analysis.

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who questions processes and drives improvements. AI proficiency is required as we rely on Claude/ChatGPT to enhance productivity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations, supply chain, logistics or related experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting, COGS, margins, and cash flow.
• Proven ability to manage POs, inventory, procurement, production planning, and logistics.
• Experience working with freight carriers, warehouses, manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools as a core part of daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operational backbone of a growing CPG brand.
• Oversee order management, fulfillment, and invoicing across distributors and retailers.
• Coordinate inventory, production planning, and supplier relations.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis related to operations.
• Apply AI to automate workflows and improve SOPs and reporting.
