We seek an elite Head of Operations who will architect the supply chain, supervise distributed teams across manufacturing, customer service and success, and leverage AI to scale throughput.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to build high-velocity workflows and deliver exceptional customer journeys.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of operational leadership experience in high-growth startups, ecommerce platforms, or tech-forward supply chain.
• Experience leading distributed teams in a remote-first environment.
• Proven ability to design and optimize complex supply chains using software and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Global Factory Network, Customer Service, and Customer Success.
• Architect operations like an engineering problem using leverage, AI, and automation to scale throughput.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales to create fast, flawless workflows.
