Qualifications

• Experience designing automation for HR processes and data flows.
• Ability to translate operational pain points into automated solutions.
• Experience with HR Operations or Shared Services is a plus.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance considerations in HR.

Responsibilities

• Define automation strategy and own multi‑phase initiatives across tooling and change management.
• Map processes and architect end‑to‑end automated workflows for speed and accuracy.
• Develop data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow between HRIS and payroll systems.
• Prototype and deploy rapid automations using low‑code platforms and AI tools.
