Job summary

CW Systems Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Systems & AI Administrator to own and secure a connected tech stack from the Philippines, working remotely. The role covers ERP/CRM/Power Platform ecosystems, automation, AI workflows and governance, with direct collaboration across Australian stakeholders.

The successful candidate will optimize system connections, develop dashboards, and deliver reliable, scalable solutions while supporting onboarding and ongoing training and remote work practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering enterprise business systems.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, Helpdesk or Microsoft ecosystem platforms.
• Experience building or supporting connections between systems.
• Experience with APIs, automation tools or workflow platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards and business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal English, comfortable dealing directly with Australian stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure and maintain NetSuite, HubSpot, Zendesk, MaxOptra, Microsoft 365 and Strety.
• Manage users, security roles, permissions and licences.
• Design and maintain connections between our applications using APIs, web services and Power Automate.
• Build and maintain custom solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, REST APIs and the Power Platform.
• Administer AI platforms and deploy AI powered workflows and assistants.
• Maintain data quality and governance across systems; develop dashboards and reports.
• Provide second level user support and stakeholder training.
