Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking an AI Automation & Systems Specialist in the Philippines to help identify, build, and implement AI-powered workflows for an Australian client. You will turn automation opportunities into practical, working solutions that save time, reduce manual work, and improve data flow.

You will collaborate with management to map processes, design efficient systems, and deploy automations using Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate and AI tools.

Qualifications

2–4+ years' experience in automation, systems, technology, operations or related role.
Proven delivery of automation or AI solutions in a real business environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Power Automate or similar platforms.
Experience with APIs, REST integrations, webhooks and OAuth.
Proficient in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.
Design, build and deploy AI-powered workflows with measurable value.
Build, test, monitor, and improve automation workflows.
Integrate CRM, accounting, PM and other business platforms.
Troubleshoot and maintain integrations and automations.
