Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, finance/billing, people ops, or blended ops role.
• Strong AI/automation fluency and SaaS experience preferred.
• Excellent English communication, client-facing and team-facing.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize billing, payments, and reconciliation processes.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for clients and internal staff.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base and documentation.
• Lead HR operations: payroll, contractor payments, records, compliance.
• Coordinate recruitment with internal managers; manage offers.
• Drive process improvement and automation using Claude AI.
