You will post transactions, verify invoices, maintain vendor records, and generate monthly analyses while ensuring proper approvals and cross-entity consistency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounts payable experience, including keying and processing invoices.
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accrual accounting concepts.
• Ability to manage high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify data for accounts payable records.
• Assemble and review invoices for payment and maintain vendor files.
• Input daily bookkeeping and reconciliations at high volume without accuracy loss.
• Provide clerical support to pay obligations for each association.
