Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant to join our fully remote team. The role focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting tasks, with about one-third time on property-management admin.

We value intelligence, energy, and the ability to learn quickly. Training is provided; you will start with invoicing and data entry and can grow into higher complexity as you prove reliability and accuracy.

Qualifications

• No experience required; if you are sharp, high-energy, and learn fast, we will train you on everything
• Some accounting or administrative experience provides a solid foundation and will shorten ramp-up time
• Experienced candidates with AP/AR, property management, or accounting backgrounds are welcome and will be compensated accordingly

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring correct recording
• Support general accounting data entry and file maintenance
• Handle property management administrative tasks—document management, communication support, and operational coordination
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external vendors or tenants
