Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Remote Accountant to handle accounts payable and receivable, with additional property management admin duties. This full-time, 100% remote role offers growth from basic invoicing to more complex tasks as you learn and contribute.

You will process invoices, support data entry, and coordinate with vendors and tenants. CPA is valued; training is provided for those with the right drive and energy.

Qualifications

• Remote accounting experience is welcome and training is provided.
• Experience with AP/AR and general accounting duties.
• Ability to manage invoicing and vendor communication accurately.
• Familiarity with property management accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and contractor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks and ensure correct recording.
• Support general accounting data entry and file maintenance.
• Handle property management administrative tasks for about one third of time.
• Communicate professionally with internal team members and vendors.
