Job summary

Hyremote LLC is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-growing finance team. This fully remote role in the Philippines offers a monthly salary in the range of $860 to $1,200 and weekly salary payments.

You will process vendor bills, review corporate card transactions, and support tax filings while collaborating with the Finance Manager and a distributed team. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in AP or data entry, solid Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of data entry, bookkeeping, or Accounts Payable experience is required.
• Strong Excel familiarity; basic navigation and data entry.
• Clear written and spoken English for daily communications.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience or familiarity with Ramp, ConnectWise, or AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve 800+ monthly corporate card transactions in Ramp.
• Enter and code vendor bills for approval.
• Follow up with employees on missing receipts and discrepancies.
• Cross-check Ramp and ConnectWise to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and submit monthly sales tax filings using Excel and state portals.
