Job summary

Emapta is hiring an AR/AP Specialist to manage receivable/payable processes and inventory reconciliations for U.S. locations from a flexible work-from-home setup in the Philippines. The role supports international growth with exposure to global leaders and ongoing professional development.

You will handle AR and AP duties, vendor coordination, and data integrity across multiple sites, leveraging QuickBooks Online and Excel in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on AR/AP experience.
• Reconcile vendor invoices against PO, inventory records, receipts.
• Manage financial transactions and records across multiple locations.
• Availability to work U.S. Central Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match to POs and receipts.
• Code invoices to GL accounts and shop locations.
• Schedule and prepare vendor payments per terms and controls.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and maintain audit trails.
• Post and apply customer payments to AR accounts.
